Does your character have a heart/soul/anything that can be looked into: He has a physical heart, sure.
If so, how much light/darkness would you say they possess: A 9 or 10 perhaps. Kamui is a ruthless murderer who tried to cut off all emotional ties with others after he discovered his mother's love for him was what was killing her. He couldn't quite manage it though, and is attempting to deal with the fact that he actually cares about his family. He's still a terrible person though.
Can he study/observe you (More so if ou have a 1 or a 10 for a heart)? Collecting data and/or experiments are both fine.
Is there any reason why he shouldn't be able to sense you? No.

If so, how much light/darkness would you say they possess: 3 or 4. He's mostly very light, but there's a sizable chunk of darkness there from PTSD, his habit of keeping secrets, and his manipulative tendencies.

Does your character have a heart/soul/anything that can be looked into: He has a Core Medal that contains his consciousness. (Basically he's a shapeshifting collection of sentient coins and there's one special one he more or less lives in.

If so, how much light/darkness would you say they possess: It's possible Ankh might have a distinct duality here. On one hand, he's a Greeed--a creature built solely from desire that can never be satisfied. They're selfish and uncaring and only want to endlessly gather more of whatever it is they want, probably to the detriment of everyone else, which means his fundamental nature probably puts him pretty darn close to a 10.

That said, he's definitely developed something else by this point in canon. He spent a while possessing a human and interacting with them, and picked up a lot of human qualities that make up his current personality. For him, there's something that exists in the empty space a normal Greeed is perpetually and fruitlessly trying to fill. He appreciates life. He can see a value in it for others. He has people that he cares deeply about and would go well out of his way to protect. If pressed, he would tell you he can't stand the Greeed and resents that he is one. He isn't a super good person, but underneath his prickly exterior, he's probably shifted over to at least a 5, maybe even a 4.

He's still a Greeed, but he also has that other part. Like a dark nonhuman donut with a squishy human center. I'm not sure what that sense would do with this, but I could easily see him seeming like two different answers at once.

Can he study/observe you (More so if ou have a 1 or a 10 for a heart)? Ankh would definitely not cooperate, but I would be totally down with it. Go ahead and drive Ankh nuts.

Is there any reason why he shouldn't be able to sense you? Not that I can think of.

She's really pure, but she has conflicting, sad/mad feelings about some of her parents' choices on Krypton and some choices she's had to make to save the world. Currently, she's mostly sunshine with some bitterness.

Can he study/observe you (More so if you have a 1 or a 10 for a heart)? Sure! She's immune to anything akin to telepathy, but magic works on her!
